WI 54902 Dear Mr. & Mrs. Brinkman: On Thursday, July 9, 1992, I inspected several of your properties with you to verify code compliance. The inspections/involved the following properties: 510 High Ave. (ll2CD) Hiqh Ave) 769 Vine Ave. 763 Vine Ave. 715 Woodland Ave. 602 Elmwood/652 Union Ave. The results of my inspection showed that the following items remain to be corrected: 1. Painting the exterior of 602 Elmwood/652 Union Ave. 2. Providing screens for the living rooms at 510 High Ave. 3. Removing the tree stump at 510 High Ave. Please advise me when the aforementioned items will be completed and please call when they have been completed. During these inspections we also discussed a couple of other issues. 1. The living room windows at 519 f:Iigh Av.e~. go not appear to be in very good condition. This may present a maint- enance problem when the tenants start opening the windows for fresh air. 2. The roof repairs at 769 Vine Ave r wi 11 also present a maintenance problem for you. Generally. this type of roof repair lasts for a short period of.timepefore giving way to the constant temperatur~ fluctu.ations.
