P.O. Box 1265

Dear Mr. & Mrs. Brinkman:
On Thursday, July 9, 1992, I inspected several of your properties
with you to verify code compliance. The inspections/involved the
following properties:
510 High Ave.
(ll2CD) Hiqh Ave)
769 Vine Ave.
763 Vine Ave.
715 Woodland Ave.
602 Elmwood/652 Union Ave.
The results of my inspection showed that the following items
remain to be corrected:
1. Painting the exterior of 602 Elmwood/652 Union Ave.
2. Providing screens for the living rooms at 510 High
Ave.
3. Removing the tree stump at 510 High Ave.
Please advise me when the aforementioned items will be completed
and please call when they have been completed.
During these inspections we also discussed a couple of other
issues.
1. The living room windows at 519 f:Iigh Av.e~. go not appear to
be in very good condition. This may present a maint-
enance problem when the tenants start opening the windows
for fresh air.
2. The roof repairs at 769 Vine Ave r wi 11 also present a
maintenance problem for you. Generally. this type of
roof repair lasts for a short period of.timepefore
giving way to the constant temperatur~ fluctu.ations.
Wi th the condition of the remainder of the roof,. it, is
my suggestion that you plan to have this house reshin-
gled the next time roof leaks are experienced.
