Brief Historv Review: On 8/13/04 Mary Lou forwarded a complaint
concerning 1614 Spruce St. On 8/16/04 an inspection was made and
numerous violations noted, several life safety issues. On 8/17/04 it
was determined the house was "Unfit for Human Habitation" and
would be posted as such. On 8/18/04 after viewing photos of
foundation taken 8/17/04, it was determined a raze or repair order
was needed. Also noted was illegal plumbing installation by owner.
Due to prior history for same violations on other dwelling units,
citations are being requested. ~
