Allyn,
We had some miscommunication on Associated Bank and I thought that we had obtained a permit for the roofing
work.
This is not the case.
The existing construction is poured in place concrete with a small wing (the drivethrough area) metal. The
proposal calls for removal of exisitng materials down to the deck.
Above the metal we are fastening 1/2 inch dens deck prime (Type X Gyp), prior to applying any other roofing.
Above the Gypsum and concrete we are applying a twp ply type IV fiberglass vapor barrier (which also serves as
the temporary roof.) This is glazed with asphalt.
We are then applying ATLAS tapered polyisocyanurate insulation, and 1/2 inch wood fiberboard set in type III
asphalt.
The roof system is Certainteed four ply fiberglass built up roof, modified bituminous flashings, and gravel surface.
Muza will be installing a 24 gauge metal coping cap per 1-29 requirements into wood blocking also fastened per
FM 1-29.
The roof is specified by ROS consulting.

Price is $145,000.
