Item # 2 Description Code 17-36A Compliance No Compliance Date 09/29/2007 [The exterior of every structure including fences shall be maintained by the owner in good repair. All exterior surfaces thereof be kept painted pr covered with exterior siding for purposes of preservation and appearance. The accessory structure (pictured) needs to comply with this prdinance section. The complaint received specified the poor condition of said structure. 08/30/2007 Last Updated Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as specified. Upon completing the corrections, the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 9/29/2007 Office hours for obtaining permits are Monday through Friday 7:30-8:30 a.m. and 12:30-1 :30 p.m. or by appointment.
