Box 1130 Oshkosh, Wisconsin 54902-1130 City of Oshkosh January 10, 1996 ~ OJHKOJH FilE COpy Mary Remillard 3790 Pau-Ko-Tuk Lane Oshkosh WI 54901 Dear Ms Remillard: An inspection was made today to assure the violations noted at 211 High Avenue have been properly corrected. The inspection revealed that a number of uncorrected Code violations still exist including the isolation of the boiler room, properly operating fire door, fire rated doors on the living units, deadbolt locking devices, cracked interior steps treads and combustion air for the boiler room. Citations have been requested for noncompliance with these violations and will be issued to Mr Schroeder. The inspection also revealed that the driveway to the East of the building is not accessible by any vehicle even with no steps installed on the East common exit door. You had requested relief on this violation because you claimed vehicles could not access this driveway with the Code compliant steps installed. Due to the fact that vehicles cannot access this driveway due to its narrow width, a Code compliant deck, steps, handrails and guardrails shall be installed. A permit will be required. The deck and steps shall be installed no later than March 10, 1996. Sincerely, Allyn Dannhoff Chief Building Inspector cc: Bruce Luedtke Housing Inspector Ken Schroeder Sr
