Box 1130 Oshkosh, WI 54903 RE: State Project No. 6200-13-71/ NH 2007352 Oshkosh - Winneconne USH 45 and CTH T Interchange Winnebago County Dear Mr. Wollangk, Hoffman Construction would like to request a variance to the City's noise ordinance and change our start-up time from 7:00AM to 6:30AM. With the amount of equipment and crews we have to start in the morning, we would like to be able to start some of the equipment by 6:30AM to facilitate a smooth start-up of our crews. The present schedule of work would consist of our earthwork to be completed for this season by the first part of November and this season's bridge work to be completed by the end of November. We would anticipate an early April start up, weather permitting. The project islocated on the outskirts ofth.e city limits and has veryJew residents or businesses nearQY s6'as the impact should be minimal. Hoffman Construction realizes that the City would have the right to terminate any variance at their discretion for any reason. If you have any questi~ns, please contact me at (715) 896-2008. Thank you. Since~ ~ /;7,?{ Todd M. Hoehn Area Project Manager Hoffman Construction Company, Inc v, Hoffman Construction Company Is An Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
