U Required for Occupancy Occupancy Item # 2 Description Code 16-37A(3) Compliance No Compliance Date 09/21/2007 !Owners or agents shall notify the tenants and insure that garbage shall be properly stored behind and adjacent to the rear of the dwelling rarthest away from any public street or sidewalk. Garbage shall not be placed out for pickup earlier than 4:00 p.m. the day before garbage pickup. Garbage is to be setout for pickup at least once a week. Future violations of this/these ordinance(s) may be cited $217.50 per day of violation to he vehicle owner/responsible person(s), when found, along with written orders to correct.
