I spoke with and met with Roger Shaw at 1285 Huron Court regarding the proposed deck on the front of his house. I
looked at the layout onsite. I informed him that I would go along with the layout, as long as the corner support post (which
currently encroaches about 1 foot into the storm sewer easement) be moved back outside of the easement. This will
create a small cantilevered section of deck. Structurally, if that is acceptable to your department, it is ok with me.
