1. NOTE: Property is located in the southwest industrial park.
2. NOTE: This review covers only current proposed site improvements. Future additions/expansions
will require additional reviews/permits.
3. CONDITION: CSM required.
4. NOTE: South elevation requires masonry enhancements and must be authorized by the Industrial
Park Review Committee. Authorization granted via email (see attached) on 08/16/07.
5. NOTE: Parking standards not met. Per Chamco covenants, 23 spaces are required and only 22 are
provided. Revised submission (dated 08/13/07) shows alteration and is approved.
6. CONDITION: Details on north elevation not submitted. Off-street 10ad41g facility must provide a
vertical clearance of 14' minimum.
7. NOTE: Exterior lighting is not included in review, as it is not supplied. No additional exterior
lighting shall be installed prior to a photometric plan being provided and approved.
8. NOTE: Signage specs are not included in review. Proposed ground sign structure placement shown
on plans would not be permitted as it is intruding into setback. Revised submission shows alternate
sign location that would be permitted. However, no signage shall be installed until proper permit
has been applied for. '
9. CONDITION: Per applicant, all mechanical equipment shall be screened in accordance with
Section 30-35(1).
