The submittal has been CONDITIONALLY APPROVED. The owner, as defmed in Chapter 101.01(10), Wisconsin Statutes, is responsible for compliance with all code requirements Key Item(s) I Conditions: · IMC 401.5.1 Mechanical and gravity outside air intake openings shall be located a minimum of 10 feet from any hazardous or noxious contaminant such as vents, chimneys, plumbing vents, streets, alleys, parking lots and loading docks. Caution - air intake can not be located as shown on plan, relocate to comply with code. -- Per discussion with designer the intake will be located on the South end of the building. · MUN 30-35 (1)(5) All rooftop and ground level mechanical equipment and utilities shall be fully screened from view per zoning department requirements. Contact Todd Muehrer - Associate planner (920) 236- 5057 for additional information on screening requirements. No BV AC permit will be issued until location and screening information is provided and approved. Per discussion with designer the Ale Condenser will be placed on the South end of Building, which is to be enclosed by a fence along property lines per the approved plan on file with the planning department · Comm 61.31(4) Revisions to approved plans. All proposed revisions and modifications which involve rules under this code and which are made to construction documents that have previously been granted approval by the department or its authorized representative, shall be submitted to the office that granted the approval. All revisions and modifications to plans shall be approved in writing by the department or its authorized representative prior to the work involved in the revision or modification being carried out. Prior to the initial occupancy of an alteration the supervising professional shall file a compliance statement form SBD-9720 with this office. . A copy of the approved plans, specifications, and this letter shall be on-site during construction. All permits are required to be obtained prior to commencement of work. In granting this approval the City of Oshkosh Inspection Services Department reserves the right to require changes or additions should conditions arise making them necessary for code compliance.
