The owner, as defmed in Chapter 101.01(10), Wisconsin Statutes, is responsible for compliance with all code requirements Key Item(s) I Conditions: · IMC 401.5.1 Mechanical and gravity outside air intake openings shall be located a minimum of 10 feet from any hazardous or noxious contaminant such as vents, chimneys, plumbing vents, streets, alleys, parking lots and loading docks. Caution - air intake can not be located as shown on plan, relocate to comply with code. -- Per discussion with designer the intake will be located on the South end of the building. · MUN 30-35 (1)(5) All rooftop and ground level mechanical equipment and utilities shall be fully screened from view per zoning department requirements.
