Permits of the was painted on the wall of a structure without a building pernik A permit must be

Oshkosh Ordinance allows, for sights which have a zoning classification of C-4 Central
Zoning Business, a maximum of 10% of a wall to be utilized for wall sign purposes. This
Ordinance sight is zoned C-4.
Without immediate compliance this issue will be turned over to the City Attorneys
Office for the appropriate legal action to assist you in gaining compliance with the
Zoning Ordinance.
FINAL NOTICE
On September 27, 1995 the Board of Zoning Appeals reviewed and denied your
request to keep the sign in question. On October 17, 1995 on on-site was permored
and it was found that the sign placed in violation still exits. As a result, the sign must
be immediately removed. This is a Final Notice! Again, without immediate
compliance this issue will be turned over to the City Attorneys Office for the
appropriate legal action.
COMPLIANCE DATE: Immediately
