This means that 2 days must be provided from the time the project is ready for the inspection, not 2 days prior to the inspection being ready. Please note the City of Oshkosh Municipal Code allows a $100 re-inspection fee to be charged for the following situations: an inspection is conducted and it is determined that the project was not ready for the inspection, a re-inspection is conducted to verify violations and the violations are not corrected, the same violations have been found numerous times for the same contractor and/or homeowner, or ifno access is provided to the job. Construction shall not proceed beyond the point of the inspection uIltil the inspection has been completed and passed.
