A mechanical ventilation system shall be installed in the shower room and in the toilet room vented to the outside of the dwelling. 3. The entry lock on the lower front entry door is in poor condition. A new entry lock shall be installed to properly secure the building. On October 5, 1984 , I will reinspect the premises to assure com- pliance with this letter. If at that time the ~orrections have not been completed and there has been no contact with this office concerning these violations and their correction dates, the clients will be asked to give the landlord notice that he/she will be vacating the premises.
