You have failed to arrange the necessary inspection(s) to verify compliance. Our records indicate: 1- A final electrical inspection was conducted on 11/30/06 and was not approved. A Correction Notice was issued, but a final inspection has not been requested. A Temporary Occupancy Permit expired 1/30/07.
