Irhe following violations were noted at the final inspection of the porches located at the above noted address.
Code COMM 21.04 Compliance No Compliance Date 10/12/2007
Handrails are required to be located at least 30 inches but no more than 38 inches above the nosing of the treads. The handrails are also
required to be graspable (see the diagram enclosed). Currently the handrails/guardrails for the front porch are not high enough, there is no
graspable handrails for the rear porch, and there is a guardrail/handrail missing on the side of the steps for the rear stairway off the rear porch.
