Wolf, Paul T.; Wood, Rich; Muehrer, Todd M. 1733 Maricopa Drive I have reviewed the installation of the catch basin and storm sewer at the subject address. While the plumber did NOT submit a plan prior to installation as was required, and while the placement of the catch basin is not ideal, I will approve the "plan" as modified in the field. The catch basin as installed did not provide adequate drainage, however, we field adjusted the rim elevation down by removing one grade adjustment ring. This should provide adequate drainage. With regards to the connection to the public main, the plumber claims that he did call for an inspection, and Paul informed me that he did not. I am having Streets televise the storm sewer main in Maricopa Drive where the connection was made. This will be our best way to see how well the connection was made. If the connection does not look good at that time, then we'll have to discuss options for getting it down correctly. An association board member will be coming in tomorrow to pick up the permit for the parking lot. Consider this our approval. James Rabe, P.E.
