I was approached by the "new" Homeowner ( Ray Rennert) who stated that they are already occupying the home. The new owner allowed me to inspect the property. Several violations were noted and listed on a Field Correction notice. On my way out to my vehicle I was met by Darrell and I handed him a copy of the Field Correction Notice and reviewed the violations that were found at this address. I informed Darrell that an occupancy was not issued, thus violating the City's Building Code. It should be noted that this contractor has other homes built and occupied without occupancies that have not been inspected/ re-inspected to date. I will attach a list of those addresses and the violations still outstanding to this request.
