Our records indicate: 1- A final electrical inspection has not been approved. The building permit for this new single family residence was issued 2/1/06 and all finals have been conducted and approved, with the exception of the electrical. Without a Certificate of Occupancy, there may be delays with any future sale or refinancing of the property. Please contact this office to make arrangements for the required inspection(s) to be performed. Your cooperation with the Certificate of Occupancy Ordinance is appreciated.
