shall be corrected by the compliance dates specified for each item.

the exterior of every structure or accessory structure shall be maintained by the owner, occupant or person authorized to use same free of
conditions reflective of deterioration and/or inadequate maintenance. Areas where paint is chipping/peeling need to be repaired by scraping
and painting or covering with a weather resistant material. The plywood on the two windows needs to be replaced with an appropriate exterior
material.
It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as
pecified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date(s) to schedule a re-inspection of the property.

and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections, the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 8/2/2007
Office hours for obtaining permits are Monday through Friday 7:30-8:30 a.m. and 12:30-1 :30 p.m. or by appointment. To schedule
inspections please call the Inspection Request line at 236-5128 noting the address, permit number (when applicable), and the
nature of what needs to be inspected.
