The inspection was made to determine whether or not progress was being made in the correction of the ILHR Code violations and the Minimum Housing Code violations therein. During the inspection, we found that very little has been done to correct the violations noted in my letter dated March 6, 1985. The ILHR Code violations remain uncorrected and no permits or plans have been approved. Most of the Minimum Housing Code violations are also uncorrected. Therefore, you are hereby notified that the second floor front apartment shall be vacated within 28 days of this let~ ter. This action is being taken due to the fact that the dwelling has been under orders since March 6,1985 for ILHR Code violations and nothing has been done to correct them.
