Dear Mr. Kifle:
Our serviceman has reported that a hazardous condition exists
in/on your range located at 1624 Walnut Street.
For health and safety reasons, the equipment should be turned off
until the condition indicated has been corrected:
leak found at flex connector fitting at shutoff valve for
range.
All gas equipment should be maintained and kept operating in a
safe manner. Please give this your immediate attention.
If you would like Wisconsin Public Service to make the necessary
repair, call us. If you prefer, you may call any qualified
service agency.
When this repair is completed, call Wisconsin Public Service
Corporation's Gas Service Department at 231-9001 and we will
clear our records.

SAFE AND CLEAN DWELLING UNITS AND PREMISES. NO OWNER
SHALL RENT TO ANY OTHER PERSON FOR OCCUPANCY OR ALLOW ANY
PERSON TO OCCUpy ANY DWELLING UNIT UNLESS IT IS SAFE AND
CLEAN, AND COMPLIES WITH ALL PROVISIONS OF THE MINIMUM
HOUSING CODE AND PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE.
EVERY DWELLING UNIT SHALL HAVE OPERATING WATER HEATERS. 1624 \'fALNUT
HAS NOT HAD HOT WATER FOR FIVE (5) DAYS. THE WATER HEATER SHALL BE
REPAIRED/REPLACED IMfVlEDIATELY OR THE BUIlDING WILL BE POSTED AS "UNFIT
FOR HUMAN HABITATION".
A REINSPECTION WILL BE MADE ON MAY 26... 1993 TO ASSURE COMPLIANCE.
