The canopy shall be cons tructed as indicated on the: approved plans. If the design is altered, revised plans and complete structural calculations shall be submitted in triplicate for approval. An $11 exami~tion fee and a $15 inspection fee is also required. Enclosed is a copy of our letter to Mr. Jack. Sebnei~er which sets forth the in- formation required on plans submitted for approval.
