A GENERAL ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OSHKOSH TO AMEND SECTIONS 2-10 OF
THE OSHKOSH MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO COUNCIL MEETINGS
The City of Oshkosh by the Oshkosh Common Council ordains as follows:
SECTION 1. That Section 2-1 O(D) through (H) inclusive are re-Iettered (E) through
(I) respectively and new paragraph (D) is created to read as follows:
(D) Workshop Meetinqs
(1) Unless otherwise approved, workshop meetings of the Council of the City of
Oshkosh shall be held in the Council Chambers of the City Hall on the first
Tuesday in each month at 6:00 o'clock p.m.; except that if a workshop meeting
falls upon the same date as an election, the workshop meeting of the Council
shall be held on the Wednesday of that week. The Council may cancel this
meeting upon simple motion and roll call vote.
SECTION 2. This ordinance be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and publication.
