I. NOTE: Property is located in the Northwest Industrial Park and requires CHAMCO review.
Consent granted via email on 07/1 0/07(see attached).
2. NOTE: This review is for the proposed 80'x284'building and associated site improvements.
Future buildings/improvements shown on submitted plan wilI require future review and permits.
3. CONDITION: Certified Survey Map must be recorded for lot re-configuration.
4. NOTE: Both driveways need to be revised to show flared driveway aprons. Street-style aprons are
not permitted. Western-most driveway needs to be revised to show 40' max width of entrance and
70' max curb cut (i.e. 15' max flare). Eastern-most driveway shown is 24' at entrance; however, a
34' curb cut must be shown (i.e. 5' max flare). See Section 25-104.1. REVISED SUBMISSION
SHOWS ALTERATION AND IS APPROVED.
5. NOTE: Exterior lighting is not included in review, as it is not supplied. No exterior lighting shalI
be instalIed prior to a photometric plan being provided ?lnd approved.
6. NOTE: Signage is not included in review. No signage shall be installed until proper permit has
been applied for and approved.
7. CONDITION: Mechanical equipment location(s) not shown on submitted site plan. Any exterior
