meetings attended from January 2000 through December 2000. Our records indicate you attended 8 meetings.

Fax Wisconsin Accreditation Letter
Hi Kevin:
Thanks for dropping into the water treatment facility today. I definitely was
glad to know the equipment that you would be looking to have labels on.
I talked to PCI-Wedeco after you left & Joe Wargo gave me the green light to
include the PLC panel as part of my field evaluation. I will now be compiling
a report on the three generator cabinets along with the one PLC cabinet.
I will be satying another day on Friday as PCI-Wedeco want to complete all
the changes on one system by Friday night in order for me to sign off on the
corrective procedure. It would most likely take the service guy another day
to complete the other two cabinets. I will follow up with you most likely by
Monday to let you know when everything has been completed. You are then most
welcome to go back and verify that the panels have been labeled. You will
have in your possession by that time, my report that will list all changes as
well as the serial numbers with corresponding labels.
My office was requested to fax to you the accreditation letter from the State
of Wisconsin. Please feel free to contact me if you need any further
supporting documentation.
Regards
Jim Morrison
