Enclosed is a request for signage for Omni Glass & Paint's new facility located at 3530
Omni Drive. This property is over 2 acres in size. The proposed sign (scaled drawing
attached) has a total square footage of 246, which includes the electronic message center.
The overall sign height will be 40'. The sign will be installed on the east elevation of the
property, set back 25' from the property line. This is the elevation that is the front of the
building with Highway 41 visibility. The location is noted on the attached site plan.
The sign will be supported by 2 - 14" OD steel pipes, .0375 wall thickness, burial stub of
10' for an overall pole length of 50'. The foundation will be augered holes, 3' diameter
by 10' depth with just over 10 yards of concrete per hole. Signs will be welded to poles
with W' steel match plates, electronic message welded to 3" steel angles.
The signs will be constructed to UL standards with UL numbers provided upon
completion ofthe sign. The total cost of the project is $ 59,950.00. Presently this will be
the only sign on the site.

Enclosed is a spreadsheet for the poles and foundations. Our supplier of the steel
columns runs a computer program that calculates the pole and foundation specs. I have
enclosed the spreadsheet that was provided by the supplier. I have also enclosed a
drawing showing the footing.
The electrician on site is Buss Electric - they will take care of the electrical.
