PETITIONS RECEIVED:
Request for concrete paving on the 1200 thru 1400 blocks of Powers Street and the small
strip of Tennessee Avenue between Bowen and Powers Street.
Request to have water and sewer connection to 2863 Homestead Drive.
Request for concrete paving with curb and gutter instead of cold mix overlay on the 1500
block of Adams Avenue between Eagle and Hawk Street.
Request for concrete paving with curb and gutter instead of cold mix overlay on the Adams
Avenue between Hawk and Sawyer Street.

Special Claim submitted to City's Insurance carrier:
Nanette MacDonald, 2440 Parkside Drive, in the amount of $525.00 for property damage
to her vehicle as a result of paint sprayed on it when driving by the street-line painter.
Heather Dillman, 517 Evans Street. in the amount of $350.00 for injuries and property
damage to her bike as a result of flipping off her bike due to a manhole not covered.

Adams Avenue Paving - 1500 Block -Eagle to Hawk Segment
Petition for: Concrete Paving instead of a cold overlay street
To the Director of Public Works
We, the residents of Adams Avenue, want to petition for concrete paving with curb and
gutter. This petition is intended to apply to Adams Avenue from the East edge of the
concrete pavement of Eagle Street to the west edge of the concrete pavement of Hawk
Street. This street is flanked on both ends by existing concrete paved streets.
