Monday-Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. RE: KAY ROBINSON-WALLIN RE JERRY WALLIN Dear Mr. Haase and Ms. Majerus: This letter is to advise you that your clients Robinson/Wallin have vacated the unit at 414 Washington. Thank you for your assistance in executing this. As you know, Robinson/Wallin retaliated to their lease expiration reminder by calling Mr. Bruce Luebtke, City of Oshkosh Housing Inspector to inspect the uni t. This was predictable. Mr. Luebtke entered their uni t on Friday, August 31, 1992 after their 1eqa1 OCCUDancv had excired. . In previous incidents Robinson-Wallin had allegedly called police several times with false and/or exaggerated accusations against other residents in the building in retaliatory actions. This office has been informed that Robinson/Wallin and guests returned on Friday evening (after legal occupancy) to terrorize the residents of the complex by cursing and screaming., During their residency this office received numerous complaints of their inappropriate behavior from guns to bloodshed in the hallway. The managers reported the rotted food, dirty diapers, filth and damages left by the above persons/guests at termination in addition to what appeared to be the results of previously reported fights, smashed doors, walls and alleged break ins were excessive. Unfortunately, they left us with damages which exceeded their deposit in the amount of $499.29. They were billed on August 21, 1992, and given ten (10) days to remit payment in full. Predictably, they did not pay. c' As a citizen, I resent that Robinson/Wallin continue to misuse "the system", from alleged false and exaggerated police reports to using the City of Oshkosh Building Inspector as a weapon. As a landlord I feel a deep responsibility to our residents who have been terrorized by them and their guests and continue to live in fear of them. As a taxpayer I feel exploited. I appreciate any assistance you can give.
