The diagram indicates that the reg outlet is 27 inches from the electric meter, but the violation is from the regulator outlet which is extended with the use of the vent extender. I am forwarding this to Jim Martin who can have someone investigate and repair this. Thanks again, and let me know if you disagree with the extended outlet argument. Our computer and hard copy records show no evidence of a service change, and the meter pedestal looks rather new. Perhaps an affidavit from the 2001 storm?
