n inspection of your property during inspections in the neighborhood revealed the following reoccurring violations of the
Oshkosh Municipal Code, which shall be corrected by the compliance dates specified for each item.

No owner or agent shall allow on any residential premises any condition, which creates a public nuisance and eyesore, which affects property
alues in the area. The parking/storing of vehicles including recreational and/or those for sale in/on areas not designated for parking or lawns is
prohibited. See enclosed photos for locations and specifics on violations noted.

Summary ~ou received prior notice of these ordinance violations on 10/31/06. A re-inspection will be made on 8/10/07 to verify
~ompliance with this order. If it is found that you are still not in compliance, a citation will be issued to the vehicle owner.
Please correct the violation(s) immediately and call 236-5137 to verify compliance with this office. Any future violations of
his/these ordinance(s) will be cited $217.50 per day of violation, when found, along with written orders to correct.
Violations must be corrected and approved within 30 days unless otherwise noted. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections, the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 8/10/2007
Office hours for obtaining permits are Monday through Friday 7:30-8:30 a.m. and 12:30-1 :30 p.m. or by appointment. To schedule
