Just a reminder that the parking lot expansion that Art Pommerening is planning for 200 S. Washburn is not required to
provide detention. So, as far as Engineering is concerned, this site is permit ready.

I spoke to James today, and he said that Shoreland Development at 2200 S. Washburn will not be required to have
detention on site for the added impervious area. Let me know if you need anything else!
