No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition, which creates a public nuisance,
fyesore and/or hazard. This includes the proper storage & removal of garbage, debris and yard waste. The materials located by the garage
(not including the wood pile) need to be stored inside or disposed of.

and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections, the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 8/3/2007
Office hours for obtaining permits are Monday through Friday 7:30-8:30 a.m. and 12:30-1 :30 p.m. or by appointment. To schedule
inspections please call the Inspection Request line at 236-5128 noting the address, permit number (when applicable), and the
nature of what needs to be inspected.
