The contractor has failed to arrange the necessary inspection(s) to verify code compliance. Our records indicate: D A Temporary Certificate of Occupancy was granted on , subject to correcting and obtaining are-inspection ofthe attached noted code violations. IX! Final Electrical & Building Inspections conducted on 4/12/00 revealed the attached code violations, which have not been re-inspected for compliance. These code violations prohibited occupancy approval at that time. D A Final Electrical Inspection or Re-inspection was requested, but there was no access to the site at the time of the requested inspection. D A Final Electrical Inspection has not either been requested or conducted. D Other: Without a Certificate of Occupancy there may be delays with any future sale or refinancing of your property.
