Mr. Thomas,
My name is Andrew Prickett, I am the City of Oshkosh's new Property Maintenance
Inspector. I am currently updating the existing property maintenance files and came
across your property at 537 School Ave. in Oshkosh. Correction Notices were issued
7/27/04, 1/5/05 and 9/27/05. According to the notes from the last issued notice, the
repairs were supposed to be completed by the spring of this year (2006).
Are-inspection ofthe property on September 25, 2006 revealed that the required repairs
are not complete. The main area of concern is the chipping/peeling paint. We are
quickly running out of days that are conducive for painting. It has been over two years
since the original Correction Notice was issued. The remaining repairs need to be made
before the year's end. I have enclosed a copy ofthe most recent Correction Notice and
some new pictures as well.
