Conditions Noted on Plan Review
1. No structure is permitted within any Easement located on the property.
2. The drainage will be required to be completed in a manner that does not have a negative
impact on neighboring properties. This will require water to be directed to the front or rear
along the side lot lines.
3. Construction and insulation is required to match information in heat loss cales.
4. Bearing length requirements are required to be met for all beam calculations. All loads must
properly transfer.
5. Comm 21.18 allows a MAXIMUM of 9 feet height of unbalanced fill for a 10 inch
unreinforced concrete wall
