or covered with exterior siding for purposes of preservation and appearance.The chimney does not appear to have been stabilized to prevent
bricks from falling off the roof and the front upper railing is still hanging in an unsafe manner.

specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date.6/28/2007- Citations Enclosed. A court date for
allowing continued code violations on your property has been scheduled for July 11 at 9:00am, Rm. 194, 420 Jackson St.
Violations must be corrected and approved within 30 days unless otherwise noted. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections, the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 5/4/2007 Final Notice
