You did not respond to the notice. A re-inspection was conducted on 1/8/07, which revealed that you were still not in compliance. A final notice was sent to you 1/10/07 that stated a re-inspection would be made 1/17/07 and that if you were still found to be in violation a citation would be issued. Once again there was no response from you and the,. re-inspection was made and you were still in violation, therefore, on 1/19/07 a 2-day citation was issued to you. You did not appear at your court date and a default judgement was made against you for the full amount of the citation. This does not remove the requirement to comply with the. Correction Notice. I will re-inspect your property again on 2/28/07, if you are found to still be in violation another citation will be issued to you. Also, to date, no schedule or letter of intentions has been submitted in regards to item #2 of the Correction Notice (maintenance of the garage). If I do not receive a written schedule of action from you by the new re-inspection date (2/28/07) I will have no other option but to request a citation. for noncompliance concerning that issue also. The citations were issued March 6, 2007 and an initial court date was held on April 11,2007. Mr. Feyen entered a plea of not guilty. He stated that he never received the citations in the mail. I had an opportunity to speak with Mr. Feyen afterwards at which time I informed him that we could adjourn the citations untiltheJune court date (June 13th) ifhe was willing to have all repairs completed by that date. He accepted these terms. I was unable to reach the court commissioner in time to have his plea changed, therefore,. I am requesting that you make a motion at the upcoming court date to give Mr. Feyen until June 13th to complete the required repairs. . Mr. Feyen was also cited for the same violation in January and had a default judgement made against him at the February 14th court date because he failed to appear.
