* All electrical, plumbing, and heating lines will be disconnected and removed.
*Speciallined dumpsters and paper work are required because of the asbestos slate siding.
*The back unit will be tom down and disposed of.
*The existing foundation will be pushed into the basement and buried.
* 15 yards of fill dirt and 30 yards oftopsoil will be hauled in to grade out the property.
WINDOWS AND DOORS: Labor and Materials
* All 4 interior doors will be provided and installed.
*3 window frames and 6 panes of glass will be repaired..
* A new window will be installed in the new north wall on main level.
