The shrubs overhanging the sidewalk need to be trimmed back. Item# 2 Code 17-35F Complies No Comply By 08/02/2007 IMMEDIATELY Description All limbs of trees/shrubs which project over a public sidewalk, less than eight(8)feet above the surface thereof or less than ten (10)feet above the surface of a public street.
