Description Any tree, shrub or parts thereof growing upon private property but overhanging, or interfering with the use of any street, park
or public place of the City is declared a public nuisance. The shrubs overhanging the sidewalk need to be trimmed back.

Description All limbs of trees/shrubs which project over a public sidewalk, less than eight(8)feet above the surface thereof or less than
ten (10)feet above the surface of a public street. The tree overhanging the sidewalk needs to be pruned up to meet this
requirement.

Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 7/24/2007 �P Z�
