involving 16 or more fixtures to be installed in a public bUilding per Comm 82.20, Table 82.20-2.lnspection revealed installation of new
qutomatic clothes washers and alterations to the water distribution system without plan approval. No person shall perform plumbing work until
a permit has first been obtained per MC Sect 20-8.

Building and HVAC Plans shall be submitted to this office for review and approval before commencing construction or alterations. No such
ork shall be performed before Building and HVAC permits have first been obtained. Building Plans were previously submitted, but are
withheld pending reciept of additional information requested several months ago.

and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 3/30/2007
Office hours for obtaining permits are Monday through Friday 7:30-8:30 a.m. and 12:30-1 :30 p.m. or by appointment. To schedule
inspections please call the Inspection Request line at 236-5128 noting the address, permit number (when applicable), and the
nature of what needs to be inspected.
