CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY
An Occupancy Permit is hereby issued for the 18' x 14' family room
addition at the existing home located at 1131 Bismarck Avenue,
Oshkosh, WI 54901 as described in Building Permit Application
number(s) 38847.
This is to be used as a single family residence only and is
located in the R-2 Two family Residential District.
CONDITIONS: Schettle closed up prior to framing inspection
A new Certificate of Occupancy shall be required prior to
occupancy, should additional building(s) be erected, or should any
buildings mentioned above be altered or moved. The use of land, or
buildings, shall not be changed until a Certificate of Occupancy is
issued for that occupancy. All condi t ions noted above must be
complied with in order for this certificate to be valid.
