The drawings are stamped "Construction may proceed." All items that are required to be changed by this letter must be corrected before commencing that part of the work. This approval is not a Building Permit. Necessary city permits must be secured befpre commencing work. You are hereby advised that the owner, as defined in Chapter 101.01(i) of the Wisconsin State Statutes, is responsible for all code requirements not specifically cited herein. Code requirements are set forth in Chapters 50 through 6~ of the rules of the Department of Industry, Labor and Human Relations. The building will be inspected during construction and a final inspection will be made after completion to insure complete compliance with city and state codes. The architect, professional engineer, builder or owner shall keep at the building, as evidence of approval, one set of plans bearing the stamp of approval. This building shall be limited in occupancy to 25 persons. ILHR 51.15 A moving permit and a building permit shall be obtained prior to relocating this structure to this site. ILHR 7.8 This building has been approved as a non-heated building. Any alterations to heat this building or use it other than the months of the year approved shall require revised plans to be submitted and approved. Floor loading calculations shall be resubmitted showing compliance with 100 PSE loading. ILHR 53.11 Table 53-I (b) 1. 4. An exit sign shall be provided over every exit door other than the principal entrance. ILHR 5~.06 (2) 5. Plan review fees of $135.00 shall be submitted. 6. Upon approval of your building plans a Building Permit and a Moving Permit shall be obtained prior to moving this building onto the site. 7-8 7. Taverns and Restaurants accomodatingover 100 occupants shall provide sanitary facilities in accordance th Table 55.32.
