Inspection of the location of the obstruction and its proximity to your restaurant indicates that your discharge would be a likely source for the waste that is creating the obstruction. Any future obstruction of this nature may result in billing Marcols for cleaning the main as well as orders for the installation of more grease separating equipment to serve your restaurant.
