RE: Sanitary sewer obstruction
Dear Mr. Arps:
Regarding our telephone conversation concerning the problem
of grease obstructing the cities sanit~ry sewer main in the
area of your restaurant at 2605 Jackson Drive. Inspection
of the location of the obstruction and its proximity to
your restaurant indicates that your discharge would be a
likely source for the waste that is creating the obstruction.
Any future obstruction of this nature may result in billing
Marcols for cleaning the main as well as orders for the
installation of more grease separating equipment to serve
your restaurant.
For any assistance you feel we may provide, feel free to
call my office at 236~5052.
Sincerely,
RICHARD WOOD
