Dear Ms. Wallace;
Thank you for signing and returning the recent Correction Notice signifying you have corrected the
noted violations regarding obstructed exits and exit passageways.
Please note, contrary to your notation at the bottom of this notice, this was not the first time your
business has been warned ofthis violation. For your review copies ofthe following notices are provided
which also addressed this code issue:
1. Notice dated 6-21-07 (the most recent notice, which you have indicated has been corrected.)
2. Notice dated 5/23/06 for observed violations at the present location.
3. Notice dated 2/16/05 for observed violations at the present location.
4. Notice dated 2/3/00 for observed violations at your former location.
5. Notice dated 12/14/92 and resent on 2/22/93 and 3/2/93 for observed violations at your former
location.
Please be advised, maintaining all required exit paths (clear aisles providing passage throughout the
store) and exit doors is a crucial life safety code requirement. The intent of the recent notice was to
inform you that your business has been given ample notice of this code requirement in the past. Please
note, future violations can result in issuance of Municipal Citations.

The path of egress travel along a required means of egress shall not be interrutped or blocked. The gate to the fenced enclosure shall be
provided with compliant exit hardware to allow occupants exiting from the building through this area to continue exiting out of the fence
enclosure away from the building. This was discussed with the Fence Contractor at permit issuance. Compliant hardware shall allow
occupants to open the gate from the inside when the gate is locked.
