Please note, contrary to your notation at the bottom of this notice, this was not the first time your business has been warned ofthis violation. For your review copies ofthe following notices are provided which also addressed this code issue: 1. Notice dated 6-21-07 (the most recent notice, which you have indicated has been corrected.) 2. Notice dated 5/23/06 for observed violations at the present location. 3. Notice dated 2/16/05 for observed violations at the present location. 4. Notice dated 2/3/00 for observed violations at your former location. 5. Notice dated 12/14/92 and resent on 2/22/93 and 3/2/93 for observed violations at your former location. Please be advised, maintaining all required exit paths (clear aisles providing passage throughout the store) and exit doors is a crucial life safety code requirement.
