Dear Mr. Tucker:
I am enclosing a site plan for placement of a manufactured home at 1318 Indigo Drive in
Oshkosh.
The proposed placement will not meet the 25 foot park boundary setback, requiring a
vanance.
Granting of this variance will allow us to continue to upgrade the community with
modern looking homes. The existing older home on the site will be removed.
Please call if you have any questions. I have included a check for $75.00 to cover the
application fee.
