I noticed that the structure in between the two properties has been taken down. When last we spoke you were asked to submit a reasonable schedule for all repairs to be done at both locations. To date, I have received no schedule or further contact. You have been given more than enough time (over six weeks) to plan for the necessary repairs to bring both of the properties into compliance. Therefore, unless I receive a schedule of repairs by April 14, 2006, a re-inspection will be made and I will be forced to issue citations for the violations, which still exist. Both properties need to be free of any junk/debris by April 14, 2006 as this could have been done weeks ago. I have included a copy of both Correction Notices for your review.
