Summary
It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as
!specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date'to avoid further action by the City. Future violations 0
his/these ordinance(s) will be cited $216.75 per day per offense, when found, along with written orders to correct.
Violations must be corrected and approved within 30 days unless otherwise noted. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections, the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 3/15/2006 "'FINAL NOTICE'"
Office hours for obtaining permits are Monday through Friday 7:30-8:30 a.m. and 12:30-1 :30 p.m. or by appointment. To schedule
inspections please call the Inspection Request line at 236-5128 noting the address, permit number (when applicable), and the
nature of Whf! needs to be inspected.

Mr. Strachan,
April 7, 2006
You were sent Correction Notices for your properties located at 10 E Gruenwald Ave. and 24
E Gruenwald Ave. in Oshkosh. I noticed that the structure in between the two properties has
been taken down. When last we spoke you were asked to submit a reasonable schedule for
all repairs to be done at both locations. To date, I have received no schedule or further contact.
You have been given more than enough time (over six weeks) to plan for the necessary
repairs to bring both of the properties into compliance. Therefore, unless I receive a schedule
of repairs by April 14, 2006, a re-inspection will be made and I will be forced to issue citations
for the violations, which still exist. Both properties need to be free of any junk/debris by April
14, 2006 as this could have been done weeks ago. I have included a copy of both Correction
Notices for your review. Your immediate attention to these matters is needed. Please contact
me a.s.a.p. at 236-5137.

August 4, 2006
Per your letter, which was received April 19, 2006, you stated that repairs to the two properties
located at 10 and 24 E Gruenwald Ave. were going to begin and should be done by Memorial
Day (May 29, 2006). I was recently in the area and saw that little or nothing has been done to
address the repairs necessary to comply with the Correction Notices for the two properties.
Currently we are two months past the extension date you requested and I have had no further
contact with you, written or otherwise.
Significant progress must be made by the end of this month (August 2006). I will be conducting
a re-inspection on August 31 , 2006 to verify that repairs are being made. If at the re-inspection
little or no progress is found, a citation for non-compliance will be issued immediately.
