specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date or if you have any questions.
Violations must be corrected and approved within 30 days unless otherwise noted. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections, the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 4/8/06
Office hours for obtaining permits are Monday through Friday 7:30-8:30 a.m. and 12:30-1 :30 p.m. or by appointment. To schedule
inspections please call the Inspection Request line at 236-5128 noting the address, permit number (when applicable), and the

Re: Correction Notice issued 3/9/06
Mr. and Mrs. Lyon
We spoke back in early March ofthis year in regards to the Correction Notice you
received. There were two main areas where repairs were necessary. The garage was to
be painted and the fence needed to be fixed and completed. You obtained a permit to
install the remainder of the fence last year. The permit expires 7/14/06.
Per our conversation an extension was requested and issued. You were supposed to
submit a written schedule of repairs via e-mail. All repairs were to be completed by
7/8/06. I took a look recently after receiving a complaint about the condition of your
fence and pool and found that little has been done to correct the violations. The pool
needs to be maintained in a clean and serviceable condition so it does not become a
breeding ground for insects and odors.
The violations, including the condition of the pool, need to be corrected by August 10,
2006. If significant progress is shown, another extension might be given at that time.
