A.n inspection of your property during inspections in the neighborhood revealed the following violations of the Oshkosh
Municipal Code, which shall be corrected by the compliance dates specified for each item.
Code 17-36B Compliance No Compliance Date 03/23/2006
No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition, which creates a public
nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard. This includes the proper storage & removal of garbage & debris. Debris in rear yard shall
be removed.

he exterior of every structure including fences shall be maintained by the owner in good repair. All exterior surfaces thereof
be kept painted or covered with exterior siding for purposes of preservation and appearance. All building foundations shall be
maintained.

he house is severely in need of some maintenance. Windows need to be replaced, unless upon inspection, they are deemed
repair(3ble. Repairs to include: windows must operate properly, must not require props to hold them open, all windows must be
effectively screened, all windows must be free of chipping/peeling paint, missing glazing, or broken panes of glass. The doors
on the house shall either be adequately repaired or replaced.

All areas where paint is missing or peeling shall be repaired by either scraping and painting or covering with a weatherproof
material. Any openings where rodents/birds/insects can get in must effectivly be sealed. Many sections of the roof are
deteriorated to such a point that they need to be replaced.

specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date. If compliance cannot be met by due dates, a
schedule with dates must be submitted before the first due date and approved by this office. The schedule must be met in
order for it to be valid. Does not apply to one week compliance dates or hazards. ..
Violations must be corrected and approved within 30 days unless otherwise noted. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections, the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return itto the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 5/1/06
Office hours for obtainin9 permits are Monday through Friday 7:30-8:30 a.m. and 12:30-1 :30. p.m. or by appointment. TQ schedule
inspections please call the Inspection Request line at 236-5128 noting the address, permit number (when applicable), and the
nature of wh1 needs to be inspected.
