Code 17-36B Compliance No Compliance Date 03/23/2006 No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition, which creates a public nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard. This includes the proper storage & removal of garbage & debris. Debris in rear yard shall be removed. Code 17-36A Compliance No Compliance Date 05/01/2006 he exterior of every structure including fences shall be maintained by the owner in good repair. All exterior surfaces thereof be kept painted or covered with exterior siding for purposes of preservation and appearance. All building foundations shall be maintained. Repairs to include: windows must operate properly, must not require props to hold them open, all windows must be effectively screened, all windows must be free of chipping/peeling paint, missing glazing, or broken panes of glass. Any openings where rodents/birds/insects can get in must effectivly be sealed.
