Code 16-35A (3) Compliance Yes Compliance Date 07/03/2003 IMMEDIATELY Owners or agents shall notify the tenants and insure that garbage shall be properly stored behind and adjacent to the rear of he dwelling farthest away from any public street or sidewalk. Garbage shall not be placed out for pickup earlier than 4:00 p.m. he day before garbage pickup. Garbage to be set out for pickup at least once a week.
